I am a big fan of art! I find myself in an art museum wherever I travel: I have visited all major galleries in London, Paris, Rome, Florence, New York City, Madrid, Washington DC, Chicago, Athens, Barcelona, Venice and other smaller towns. Although these galleries often display some of the most amazing art around the world, real gems often lie in private collections far from the public eye. Here is a list of the some of the most expensive privately owned art pieces:
