Dragi moji, vjerovatno ste vec smislili sta odjenuti za noc izmedju 31.12. i 1.1.2013. godine. Mi vam samo zelimo napomenuti da je najbitnije da se dobro osjecate u toj odjevnoj kombinaciji, da vam je obuca udobna, jer se ocekuje da cete tu noc mnogo plesati! Ukoliko ste neki od onih koji jos niste osmislili svoj novogodisnji outfit u nastavku priskacemo u pomoc i donosimo instant ideje!

Bez obzira koliko istroseno i poznato zvuci, ali mala crna haljina sa dna vaseg ormara je spas u zadnji cas! Uvijek elegantna i otmjena, u kombinaciji sa dobrim komadom nakita (sada su full moderne statement ogrlice) svojom pojavom mozete zasjeniti i one u skupocjenim i pomno biranim kreacijama! Ukoliko imate vremena/novaca mozete si priustiti i neku novu haljinicu.....ako vec birate, uzmite si crvenu: za srecu, za posebnost, za strast!  Ukoliko ne zelite baciti novac na komad koji cete obuci samo za tu noc i koji ce neiskoristeno stajati mejsecima u vasem ormaru, onda se odlucite za kombinaciju suknje/sorca i kosulje. Tako odvojene komade moci cete kombinirati i naknadno uz druge komade. Ako vec kupuje 2 komada, jedan obavezno neka bude posut sljokicama (pa ipak je novogodisnje slavlje samo jednaput u 365 dana), a drugi komad moze biti u umjerenijoj varijanti. Kao olaksavajuci faktor pri odabiru novogodisnjeg outfita napominjemo sta je to hit hit hit ove sezone: bordo boja, cipka, cvjetni print, barokna raskos, statement nakit, zlatna boja, zakovice i nitne u veeeeelikom broju, peplum kroj, mekani sjajni plis!

Najbitniji je svakako osmijeh i dobro raspolozenje!

Dear Fashionistas, maybe you have already planned out your outfit for New Years Eve. We would like to remind you that the most important thing is to feel amazing in your clothing and that your shoes are comfortable, because we expect you to be dancing all night long. In case some of you have not thought about your outfit ideas, here are a few suggestions! 

Despite how cliché it might sound, small-black dress from your closet can always be a great last minute idea! It is always elegant and sophisticated, and combining it with great jewelry (new MUST have necklaces for this season are statement necklaces) you may just overshadow many of others who have been carefully planning their outfit choices! In case you have time and money, you may purchase a new dress. I suggest a red one: for luck, individuality, and passion! In case you don’t want to waste money on a dress that you will likely wear only one evening, them I suggest pairing a great skirt/shorts and a shirt. In case you are purchasing two pieces, buy one with glitter (this is a celebration after all), and the second item can be a little more understated. To help you out in your search, may we suggest couple of trends that are a huge huge huge hit this season: deep red, lace, floral print, statement jewelry, golden everything, spikes, and velvet! The most important thing is to have a smile on your face and be in a great mood! 

Ps. I am still contemplating between urban casual look with golden skinny jeans and a great shirt and an elegant chic little black dress in a combination with a statement silver necklace? 

The Parfume Girl

Fashionistas, veliki pozdrav iz hladnog Sarajeva! I dok odbrojavamo dane do nove nam 2013. godine i pripremamo svoje outfite za ludi novogodisnji party, stize jedan mirisljavi post! Naime, svaki outfit, pored frizure i sminke, na kraju se "zavrsi" sa nekoliko kapljica parfema. Danas ih ima na stotine, hiljade i nije lako pronaci onaj savrseni za sebe, ali eto....mozemo probavati ih svakodnevno i uzivati u novim mirisnim notama koje za nas mixaju ljudi specijalizovani za to.  Ja sam nedavno dobila parfem brenda Boss: Nuit i moram priznati da mi se jako dopada. Parfem zapocinje modernim, elegantnim i svjeyim notama aldehida i breskve, u srcu se nalazi zenstveno bijelo cvijece, jasmin i senzualna ljubicica, dok bazu cine akordi kristalne mahovine i kremaste sandalovine. Zastitno lice ovog parfema je glumica Gwyneth Paltrow. U nastavku slijedi nekoliko parfema koji su lansirani u 2012. godini (cure iz Gossip Girl serije su zastitna lica za neke od parfema) , te nekoliko mirisnih naslova cije lansiranje je najavljeno u Novoj 2013. godini. I naravno, pozelite neki za sebe - mozda vam se nadje ispod jelke :)

And while we are counting days until the 2013 and picking out our perfect outfits for the New Years Eve party, I bring to you one “sweet smelling post. “ After all, every outfit, besides the perfect hair and makeup, is incomplete without a few sprits of a perfect perfume. Today, there are hundreds, if not thousands of perfumes to choose from. The problem arises when we try to find the one that is just PERFECT for us. However, there is expert assistance available when trying to find the right scent notes. Recently, I have received a perfume by Hugo Boss (Nuit), and I must say I like it a lot.  The fragrance begins with modern, elegant and fresh sparkling notes of aldehydes and peach. The heart radiates feminine white flowers, jasmine and sensual violet. The base consists of crystalline moss and creamy sandalwood. Gwyneth Paltrow is the face of this perfume. Below, you will be able to find different perfumes that have been launched in 2012 (girls from the popular series The Gossip Girl are faces of some of these brands).  I will also include some amazing new perfumes coming out in the year 2013. And of course, this is the season to dream, because you may just find one of these perfumes right underneath your Christmas tree.

Sarajevo is Simply Magical in Winter (Sarajevo je Jednostavno Caroban Grad Zimi)

Ovo je jedan od rijetkih postova jer je PRVI koji sam odlucila iskljucivo napisati za Club Fashionista Sarajevo citaoce. Kao sto znate, sutra je Bozic, a za mene to znaci odmor od ucenja i posla. Takodjer se pripremam za putovanje na jedno specialno mjesto. Do sada sam skoro svaki Bozicni praznik provodila u mom lijepom Sarajevu, i uvijek mi je bilo prekrasno. Ove godine, nazalost, Bozic necu provesti u Sarajevu, ali cu se zato rado sjecati svojih prijatelja i familije za praznike. Ispod su neke slike zimskih raspusta koje sam provela u Sarajevu. A za one koji nisu bili jos u Sarajevu zimi, ja toplo preporucujem da otputujete tamo i probate skijanje na Bijelasnici i Jahorini, ukusnu hranu na Bas Carsiji, i docekate Novu Godinu u prekrasnom hotelu Europi! Ps. Prosla Nova Godina u Hotelu Europi je bila spektakularna uz druzenje sa Hankom Paldom i ostalim gostima. Velika pusa iz SAD-a!

This is a very special post because it is the FIRST post that I am writing exclusively for Club Fashionista Sarajevo readers. As you well know, tomorrow is Christmas, and for me this means a break from studying and work. It also means that I am getting ready to travel and enjoy winter activities with my family and friends. Until now, I have spent almost every Christmas break in my beautiful Sarajevo and always had the time of my life. This year, unfortunately, I will not be able to spend winter holidays in Sarajevo. I will, however, keep in mind all my friends and family during this special time. Below are some photos of my past winter breaks I have spent in Sarajevo. For those of you who have not visited Sarajevo in winter time, I suggest that you travel to this magical place and go skiing in Bijelasnica and Jahorina moutains as well as spend New Years in amazing hotel Europa. Ps. I spent my last New Year in Hotel Europa and it was spectacular! Guests included amazing Hanka Paldum and her band. Kisses from USA! 

Fashion- Office STYLE (Moda u Kancelariji)

Fashionistas, how are you? Do you like to only purchase your clothing, or do you also like to design something of your own? I absolutely love designing my own pieces! Sometimes, it is only drawings, sometimes, I do complete my designs, and sometimes, I also have the material to accompany my drawings that I take right to the tailor. My biggest dilemma is that it is often hard to pick out the material that I want since I like too many of them. These types of stores are usually where I hike up my credit card bills on my MasterCard. Almost every material I touch seems so perfect for the type of creation I desire. It is absolutely irrelevant whether it is one, two, or three meters.  What is important is that I am able to use this wonderful cloth in one of my creations. I don’t visit these stores very often, but when I do, I tend to purchase enough material to last me the next couple of months. Then, I sketch my outfit ideas keeping in mind the material I just bought. One of the materials- brown with small- snake like motif- I bought sometime last spring, and I was able to use it in my creations just now. My tailor was able to custom make my design-which includes skirt, vest, and a jacket- into a perfect office look. The pencil skirt comes just below the knee, the vest has three little buttons and is pointy on the end, and the jacket truly reflects my taste: it has puffy shoulders, “peplum” design, and ruffles on the sides (I love these types of suits). I took some photos of my custom designed suit last morning. Now, I am ready for another stylish day in the office.  I wish you a wonderful day! 

Fashionisti, kako ste mi ? Volite li vi samo kupovati gotove komade odjece ili pak volite ponekad i sami nesto dizajnirati ? Ja obozavam da kreiram odjecu! Ponekad su to samo skice, ponekad zavrsen crtez do kraja, a kadkad je to samo tkanina i ideja kako bi trebao da izgleda odredjeni komad odjece s kojom idem pravac svom krojacu. Moj najveci problem je opsesija tkaninama, te kada udjem u prodavnicu gdje se prodaje metraza, ja se ponasam kao malo dijete u tvornici slatkisa. Najcesce me takve trgovine dovedu do "crvenog" na mojoj MasterCard :( Naprosto svaku tkaninu koju dotaknem, pa malo zguzvam, i vidim neke savrsene niti kojima je protkana, ja pozelim d aju kupim. Metar, dva, tri.....svejedno je! Samo da sto prije taj komad pronadje mjesto na nekom sakou, suknjici, haljini ili barem kragni. Ne zalazim ja precesto u takve radnje, ne smijem.....ali kad udjem pokupujem ja tkanina za narednih pola godine.....i onda lagano krecem sa idejama i skicama na koji nacin iskoristiti te kupljene tkanine. Jedan takav, smedji sa sitnim zmijolikim sharama u tamnijoj nijansi smedje kupila sam nekad u proljece, ali eto, tek nedavno sam ga izvukla iz veeeelike kutije pune materijala i odlucila od njega sasiti jedan kompletic za dnevni look u kancelariji. Suknjica je ravnog kroja, pristojne duzine do koljena, prsluk je slatki mali sa 3 dugmica i spicevima u dnu, a sako je vec sam u mom fazonu: puff rukavi, peplum kroj, volancic na straznoj strani, zaobljeni reveri.....Lajkam takve sakoe! Fotkice su neke brzinske napravljene jutros u mome cipelaru! Spremna za jos jedan stylish dan u kancelariji! Ugodan vam radni dan! 

Lolita Blanka by Blanka Zgonjanin INTERVIEW

Lolita Blanka is a designer from Bosnia and Herzegovina whose designs have recently become a “Must-Have” of all the fashionistas from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Croatia.  Her pieces are romantic, luxurious, lady like, and trendy. She is a master of crafting amazing dresses, skirts, and blouses. Blanka designs for all those girls who love to show off their figures in a playful way. Her pieces are sexy without being vulgar: her suit jackets can be worn to a business meeting, afternoon lunch/coffee, drinks with girlfriends, and a night out around town.  We have caught up with this young designer to discuss her love of fashion, future plans, and much more.

CFS: When did you start your “love affair” with design?

Blanka: Since I can remember, I have been around art: I practiced pottery making, acting, and ballet. I also played the piano and tried my hand in photography. Even as a child, I was completely fascinated with drawing, collage making, and clay molding. Art was an opportunity to escape into a magical place where there was no time. I remember how I wanted to continue with my art projects while my mom was calling me to go to school. I always thought about how wonderful it would be if there was no school and I was only allowed to do what I love the most: practice art! 

CFS: What do you enjoy the most about your work?

Blanka: I enjoy absolutely everything: sketching, creating the final look, packing it all in my custom made bags and boxes, and contacting my satisfied customers. 

CFS: What would you tell young people today who want to become a fashion designer? What are some of the pitfalls and benefits of this profession?  

Blanka: There is nothing more satisfying than doing what you love and being successful at it. Young people should know that being a designer has many pros and cons (just like any other profession). It is not enough to have talent. You must also dedicate a lot of time and energy. Presentation of the products, your relationship with clients, management, work and dedication are all key ingredients in establishing a successful brand. 

CFS: Do you have favorite colors, types of material, or accessories that you love to use when designing your collections?

Blanka: I enjoy many colors but make sure to always pick quality materials for my collections. I also have some materials and accessories that I keep in mind when designing. Motives that are always present in all my collections are bows and lace. 

CFS: In November, you presented your latest collection in Sarajevo Fashion Week and Banja Luka Fashion Week. Have you had other fashion shows recently? What are your plans for showing the latest collection of Lolita Blanka? Can you tell us a little bit more about your inspiration? 

Blanka: In Bosnia, only ABC Models agency organizes fashion week in Banja Luka. Furthermore, I have an excellent relationship with ABC Models and we have been collaborating successfully for about ten years now. Also, I believe that two fashion shows per season are enough for me to display my collections for the public to see. There are also additional shows for designers to which I have been invited to attend. However, it often becomes hard to arrange additional showings as most of my collection is sold out as soon as the fashion week is over. Currently, we are hardly able to cover existing orders and this is the reason why additional presentations are difficult to arrange. 

CFS: Where can we order your romantic creations? Are they available on the Internet?

Blanka: I am available through my Facebook page. All creations are tailored specifically to client measurments and I ship them via express mail. 

CFS: Who is your style inspiration? Are there any designers, models, photographers, and makeup artists you would like to collaborate with? 

Blanka: I have an incredibly talented and creative team, and we complement each other very well. There are, of course, disagners from around the world that I respect very much. They are, however, not my idols. Fashion industry is a giant composed of creative people, media, shows, campaigns, presentations, and large sums of money. What I do is still quite simple and a lot more relaxed. I truly do try and enjoy myself while I am working.

CFS: What are your favorite stores, fashion magazines, and websites?

Blanka: I truly enjoy fashion magazines. I cannot even explain the kind of excitement that comes over me when I am holding Vogue, Elle, Glamour, and Marie Claire in my hand. I passionately read every page and absorb all the details. I have developed the same fondness towards interior decoration magazines as well. 

I do, however, only wear my own creations. My passion lies in the accessories (they are my “fashion fetish”). Recently, I have been obsessed with sunglasses and I adore the ones from Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs, and Dsquared. I also like to indulge in shoes and bags, and often times I end up with more shoes than shirts in my closet. I adore brands like Loriblu, Casadei, Giuseppe Zanotti, Loretta Pettinari, and Alberto Guardiani for their beautiful workmanship. When it comes to bags, Louis Vuitton and Prada are my two favorites. From jeans, I adore Miss Sixty, Diesel, Billabong, and Replay. 

CFS: Blanka, who or what is your biggest source of inspiration? 

Blanka: For me, fashion is fun. When I design, I keep the following ideas in my head: what would I like to wear, what would make women or girls look and feel even better, and how to emphasize women’s biggest “weapon”- their FEMININITY! 

CFS: Finally, what is your recommendation for the New Years Eve party outfit?

Blanka: New Years Eve is an opportunity for us to dress up and be happy. It is a chance for us to enter the next year with style, hope, and many wishes. Your outfit should complement your personal style and body type. My advice is not to get overly dressed up so that you are not able to enjoy yourself. The most important thing is to feel comfortable and happy. Happy New Year!

CFS:.Kako, zasto i od kada ste vi i modni dizajn u bliskoj vezi?

Blanka:Cjelozivotno prozimanje culnim i naglaseno lijepim ...oduvijek sam bila u neposrednom kontaktu sa nekim od umjetnosti: od vajarstva, glume, baleta, klavira, fotografije...

Od kada znam za sebe znam da su me crtanje, glina, kolazi i sve sto se radi rukama potpuno obuzimali...tada bi vrijeme stalo za mene...kada bi me majka opomenula da imam i skolu, znala sam pomisliti kako bi na svijetu bio raj da nema skole i kako bih cijeli dan mogla da radim to sta volim.

CFS:.U čemu najvise uzivas pri svom poslu?

Blanka:U svemu! B ilo da biram materijale i ukrase za novu kolekciju,stvaranja iste, nastajanje novog modela pa do pakovanja u moje vrecice i kutije gotovog proizvoda i naposljetku kontakta i druzenje sa mojim zadovoljnim klijenticama.

CFS: Sta mladi ljudi trebaju znati o zanimanju modni kreator? (prednosti, nedostaci)

Blanka: Ne postoji nista ljepse na svijetu nego baviti se i biti uspjesan u poslu koji volis i koji bi radio tek onako iz hobija.

Mladi ljudi trebaju znati da zanimanje modni dizajner je isto kao i svako drugo zanimanje, nije dovoljan samo talenat...potrebno je puno rada i ljubavi. Prezentacija je kljucna u ovom poslu, odnos sa klijentima i naravno osjecaj za posao, novac, usmjeravanje istog, kontinuirani rad..

CFS: Imas li omiljene boje, vrste tkanine ili neke detalje koje najradije koristis na svojim kreacijama?

Blanka: Meni su sve boje lijepe ako su materijali kvalitetni, a iz kolekcije u kolekciju imam odredjene koje su  mi u fokusu. Light motiv koji se provlaci u mojim kolekcijama su masnice i karneri :)

CFS: Izlagala si svoje modele iz kolekcije «Lolita Blanka» na novembarskom Sarajevo fashion week, zatim na istoj modnoj manifestaciji u Banja Luci...jesi li u posljednje vrijeme imala jos nekih revija? Kakvi su planovi za prezentaciju tvoje posljednje kolekcije u narednom periodu? Reci nam nesto vise o toj kolekciji?

Blanka: U BiH samo agencija ABC Models sa kojom uspjesno saadjujem vec gotovo 10 godina, koja kontinuirano iz sezone u sezonu proljece/ljeto,jesen /zima organizuje fashion Week u Bl. i Sa. Dvije revije za sezonu su mi sasvim dovoljne da bih napravila prezentaciju. Naime postoje druge manifestacije na koje sam pozvana, ali zbog udaljenih termina od prvobitne ne mogu cuvati svoju kolekciju, jer ja prodajem svoje kolekcije, bilo bi apsurdno odlagati prodaju zbog jos prezentacije,a proizvodnjom jedva pokrivam postojece narudzbe.

CFS: Gdje se mogu kupiti tvoje romanticne kreacije? Da li postoji mogucnost narudzbe odjevnih komada putem interneta?

Blanka: Svojim klijenticama sam dostupna u svojoj Facebook stranici ,sve kreacije se rade po individualnim mjerama i narudzbi koje na adresu saljem brzom postom.

CFS: Imas li uzore u modnom svijetu, te s kim bi voljela poslovno saradjivati? Dizajneri, fotografi, modeli, make up artisti ?

Blanka: U mom okruzenju je nekoliko kreativaca i svi zajedno super funkcionisemo i zajedno rastemo,od fotografa do zanimljivih ljudi sa kojima razmjenjujem ideje.Naravno da postoje dizajneri cije djelovanje u svjetu mode jakopostujem, ali to je daleko od idola. Modna industrija je jedan gigant kreativaca, medija, showa, kampanja, prezentacije i velikih novaca.

Ovo sto ja radim je mnogo bezazlenije i dakako opustenije, zaista gustam dok radim!

CFS: Koje su tvoje omiljene trgovine odjece i obuce, omiljeni modni casopis, omiljene modne web stranice?

Blanka: Modni magazini su za mene prava poslastica, ne mogu objasniti slatko uzbudjenje dok u ruci drzim novo izdanje Vogue, Elle, Glamour, Marie Claire...Strastveno ih citam i upijam. Isto je i sa casopisima za enterijer.

Iskljucivo nosim svoje kreacije, modni fetish su mi suncane naocle,u posljedne vrijeme svidjaju mi se Tom Ford, Marc

Jacobs, Dsquared...Cipele i torbe su takodje ono u cemu pretjerujem i cesto mi se zna desiti da imam vise pari cipela nego majica.Loriblu, Casadei, Guseppe Zanotti, Loretta Pettinari, Guardiani...torbe LV i Prada.

CFS: Sta/ko je najveci izvor inspiracije za Blanku?

Blanka: Moda je za mene igra, jedine ideje koje me vode dok radim su da to  i sama zelim  da nosim, da djevojke i zene u njima izgldaju ljepse, da se ugodno osjecaju i naravno da istaknu svoje najjace oruzje koje prirodno posjeduju ZENSTVENOST!!!

CFS: I za kraj, Blankina preporuka za najludju noc u 2012.-oj godini ?

Blanka: Nova Godina je jedinstvena prilika da zablistamo i obradujemo se necim lijepim kako bi u predstojecu usli u velikom stilu sa novim nadama i zeljama. Naravno da ce te novogodisnju toletu i kombinaciju prilagoditi osobnom stylu i tjelesnim atributima.

A moj savjet je nemoj te se presrediti, lezernost je u fokusu.

Look and Feel Fabulous While You Travel (Osjecajte se dobro i lijepo dok putujete)

Since I travel a lot, I have become somewhat of a travel professional: I can walk the airports of many major cities almost blindfolded, I can tell you which cities have the best airport shops, I know which airport spa centers do the best mani/pedis, and I am so skilled in picking the fastest passport lines and minimizing the time I stand in lines. 

I am also very proficient in packing my carry on so that I have exactly what I need while on board of an airplane. Here is a list of what is in my travel bag for this winter:

- Travel beauty bag: I carry only my essentials when I travel so that I may freshen up my makeup during/after a long flight. In my travel bag I currently have makeup remover towelettes, moisturizer, concelear, bronzer, lip-gloss, and mascara. 

- Chamomile tea and Green tea bags: traveling for a long period of time can make me dehydrated and can make my skin look dull. My trick is to drink Chamomile tea right after takeoff to calm my nerves and help me fall asleep. I drink Green tea before landing to wakeup and get my dose of antioxidants. 

-Neck Pillow Set: When traveling, neck pillow, sleep mask, and earplugs are a MUST! They make even the nosiest airplanes feel just a little bit like a spa. I also spray lavender mist on my neck pillow and sleep mask right before I leave for the airport. Lavender scent makes me relax and fall asleep while on the airplane. 

-Favorite book and a magazine: Watching a movie, working, or studying while on airplane is OK for some people, but I like to use the time I spend on the airplane to relax and catch up on my sleep, favorite literature, and get my daily doze of fashion. I usually bring one book I am currently reading and a magazine.  Reading relaxes me, helps me fall asleep, and so I arrive fresh and rested to my final destination!

Zbog mojih cestih putovanja, ja sam postala skoro profesionalni putnik: mogu da setam po velikim svijetskim aerodromima skoro zavezanih ociju,  mogu vam reci koji aerodromi imaju najbolje prodavnice, mogu preporuciti naj bolje manikure i pedikuru u razlicitim spa centrima na aerodromima, i jako sam spretna da izaberem najbrzu liniju za pasosouku kontrolu i tako smanjim vrijeme koje provodim stajajuci u liniji.

Beauty and Health Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar (Jabucni Ocat u Sluzbi Zdravlja i Ljepote)

Vinegar is one of nature’s gifts and has been in use for more than one thousand years. One of the most popular kinds is the apple cider vinegar (ACV). It is believed that ACV has been used by the early civilizations as a health remedy: it is documented that Hippocrates prescribed it as medicine to many of his patients. Since ancient times, people have used ACV as a deodorant and a face toner. ACV has also been used to preserve food, vitality, energy, and as a disinfectant/healing remedy for cuts and wounds.   

ACV contains 19 out of 22 important minerals for growth and maintenance of good health: Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorous, Chlorine, Sodium, Sulfur, Copper, Iron, Silicon, and Fluorine. It contains vitamins Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Provitamin beta-carotene, Vitamin P. 

Recipe for an ACV drink: 

The standard recipe for this drink includes 2-3 teaspoons of ACV and 30 ml of water. ACV should be mixed with water as it may damage teeth if used on its own over long period of time. Also, using unpasteurized and natural kind will provide more benefits due to its high content of live enzymes. Note: Please shake ACV before you use it!

Using ACV as a Part of Your Beauty Regime:

ACV helps with cell growth and regeneration. You may use it for your hair, skin, and nails. Apply ACV (2 teaspoons) mixed with 30ml of water on acne prone or oily skin several times a day. Sunspots can also be reduced if you apply one teaspoon of APV, one teaspoon of onion juice, and 30 ml of water. Sunspots should disappear altogether within two weeks. 

You can also apply ACV to burns or swelling.  It will work faster than ice. 

Dandruff can also be eliminated by applying ACV with a cotton ball on the hair root. You should keep ACV on hair for 30 minutes before you wash it out. You may also use it as a conditioner to increase hair shine and as a detangler. 

ACV in Prevention of Cancer

Apples and ACV contain substances that are anticarcinogenic: they are a valuable ally to have around and help fight free radicals in the body, which have been shown to be indicative in the formation of various cancers. Beta-carotene, found in apple cider vinegar, is a powerful antioxidant, which helps in neutralizing the free radicals, formed in our bodies through oxidation.

How to Make ACV

Ocat je jedan od najljekovitijih darova prirode covjecanstvu, a njegova  upotreba vec hiljadu godina to i dokazuje.

Jedna od najpoznatijih vrsta je jabucni ocat.

Smatra se da se u lijecenju koristi barem 10.000 godina, a sam otac medicine Hipokrat propisivao ga je kao ljekoviti eliksir.

Od davnina su ga narodi upotrebljavali kao konzervans, dezodorans, tonik za vitalnost, snagu, dezinfekciju i zacjeljivanje rana.

Jabucni ocat u sastavu ima 19 od 22 vazna minerala za rast, obnavljanje i odrzavanje organizma: kalij, natrij, magnezij, kalcij, bor, fosfor, sumpor, zeljezo, fluor.

Sadrzi vitamine C, E, A, B1, B2, B6, beta-karoten, bioflavonoide, pektin, jabucnu i octenu kiselinu.

Recept za tonik od jabucnog octa

Standardni recept za tonik je 2-3 kaskice jabucnog octa u 30 ml vode. Jabucni ocat trebate razrijediti jer moze ostetiti zubnu caklinu.

Da biste iskoristili sve njegove prednosti, koristite sirovi, nefiltrirani, nepasterizirani jabucni ocat, koji sadrzi zive tvari i enzime. Uvijek ga promuckajte prije upotrebe.

Jabucni ocat u sluzbi ljepote

Jabucni ocat potice stanicnu izgradnju koze i vezivnog tkiva. Zbog toga ga mozete koristiti u sluzbi ljepote i zdravlja koze, kose i noktiju.

Akne i masnu kozu nekoliko puta dnevno mazite mjesavinom od dvije zlice jabucnog octa i 30 ml vode.

Staracke pjege jednom dnevno mazite mjesavinom od jedne kascice jabucnog octa, jedne kascice soka od luka i 30 ml vode. Mrlje bi trebale izblijediti za dvije sedmice.

Na oteklinama ili povrsinskim opekotinama drzite oblog od cistog jabucnog octa jedan sat. Djelovat će brze nego led.

Pelenski osip, lisajeve ili ekceme mazite jednakim omjerom jabucnog octa i vode. To ce eliminirati gljivice i bakterije koje ga uzrokuju.

Za uklanjanje prhuti, natopite tjeme i kosu s cistim jabucnim octom i pustite da odstoji pola sata, a zatim isperite.

Mjesavinu od 1 dcl octa i 2 dcl vode mozete koristiti umjesto regeneratora za sjaj kose i uklanjanje razlicitih necistoća te lakse rascesljavanje.

Prevencija raka

Jabuke i jabucni ocat obiluju tvarima koje djeluju antikancerogeno - snaznim antioksidansom betakarotenom, polifenolima, flavonoidima i pektinom, koji na sebe veze kancerogene tvari i izbacuje ih iz organizma.

Zato svaki dan pojedite jabuku i popijte tonik od jabucnog octa.

Najbolji nacin da iskoristite ljekovitost jabucnog octa je da svaki dan nataste popijete njegov tonik.

Kako napraviti jabucni ocat

Iscijedite sok iz jabuka i ulijte ga u bocu sa sirokim grlom tako da napunite dvije trecine boce. Pokrijte tanjiricem tako da sa strana moze ulaziti zrak. Promijesajte tri do cetiri puta na dan

Nakon par dana pocet ce se pjeniti, ali neka vas to ne brine.

Kada se procisti, drzite ga oko tri mjeseca na hladnom i tamnom mjestu. Promijesajte jednom dnevno.

Nakon tri mjeseca procijedite ga kroz gazu u flase. Jabucni ocat cuvajte u frizideru.
